Exceptional customer service & great communication
Their work was thorough & seamless. Color-matches perfectly. My car was cleaner when I went to pick it up than it was when I dropped it off. Angelyanne, my point of contact was out of town for a training & she heard on a Friday night that it was not going to be ready for pick-up the next day before I had to go out of town. She explained to me that the car was just too dirty to release to me, and it would not be ready until Monday. She called me from her personal cell phone and kept in touch with me the whole weekend so I knew what was happening every step of the way. This was above and beyond customer service.
