I stopped by without an appointment to have a brake light replaced. My issue was taken care of immediately without a hassle. The employees that write up the tickets were, as usual, friendly and professional. I have no issues and I’ll continue my 9 year relationship with the service dept.

Pleasant Experience
Pros: 1) Service Department staff very professional and courteous. 2) Waiting area clean and comfortable and well lit. 3) An unexpected car wash was very nice. 4)Also informed of recall that was taken care of at this time. 5) It is nice that the dealership is up on your vehicle's needs.

Cons: Disclaimer: the first con may not be valid because I'm not sure how long the service should take. 1) I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. This also includes an all point inspection. I waited and it took well over an hour. Maybe if the staff would have told me how long to expect it would have been better. 2) The tire rotation cost an additional $22.00 on top of the $50 service. The service station I took my prior vehicle to charged $35.00 for this service and it included a tire rotation.

Great service!
Always easy to make an appointment and they are always ready for my car. Service is fast and if I need additional work done they always inform me and let me decide if I want it done then or later. They always let me know the cost of the additional work.
