Justin said the communication was good. Every time he called them, they answered any questions he had. If there was a change order needed or a change in the estimate, they contacted him right away. They tell him what they found, asked him for his opinion, and figured everything out with him. They finished the repairs at least one day earlier than promised, which is always nice. He said the quality of the work was great. When he drove by, the outside of the facility looked nice and clean. He saw a lot of attention to detail, which he stated made him feel they would take care of his vehicle.
