My vehicle needed extensive repair and the staff at Federal Auto Service and Towing was very thorough inspecting and determining what needed to be done. During this the staff found the vehicle had frame damage and not worth the money to fix. Being a woman, most auto repair shops try to over charge or charge for unneeded repairs, but Federal Auto was straight forward regarding the situation, helping me avoid potentially expensive, irreparable repairs. Although I had to junk the vehicle, I very much appreciated their honesty and fair treatment. Thank you Federal Auto Service and Towing.
