in a timely matter and shuttle service which is a must for me!! alot of dealers do not provide that and I don't use them.

The service crew was very helpful. When I tried to make an appointment the computers were down. I was going out of town and was due for an oil change. So, I showed up without an appointment. Well, they fit me in anyway and finished in a very timely manner.

Frank Kent Service is really a cut above. No pressure on the service "extras" you normally encounter, and they are friendly and straightforward. And where else do get a car wash and front vacuum?

"Went above and beyond"
Took my Sonata in because of an engine knock and what sounded like an exhaust leak. Cylinder 3 was missing and the intake hose was broken.
FK Hyundai replace the cylinder and hose under warranty.
10 miles later, the knock/missing symptoms returned. The spark plug was broken inside the metal casing.
I was given a loaner until they could acquire the replacement plug.
They replaced all four plugs within 24 hours and I was back in the road in my car.

As I already said, my opinion has definitely changed from a very disappointing and unsatisfactory to exceptionally good to excellent. John Harrelson and crew did an outstanding job in replacing parts which were under warranty. Their courteous, professional, prompt and thorough service to my 2011 Sonata Limited was absolutely great! "Hats off" to the entire Frank Kent Hyundai staff!

The service (routine oil change and a factory parts recall replacement) was performed in a timely manner at a fair price. The gentleman who dropped me off at work and picked me up was friendly. Great service!

My earlier complaint about "How long does service last" was dramatically reversed by John Harrelson & Crew at Frank Kent Hyundai in Ft. Worth! Replacement of part under warranty and excellent service, which was prompt and thorough, restored my confidence and trust in the entire service department at Frank Kent.
