Quick and efficient service
It was only an oil change and tire rotation but I was in and out in just about an hour. I feel my vehicle was looked at and they gave me what I servicing I was needing to be thinking about (planning both time and dollars).

I hope the recall work and warranty work were satisfactory along with your oil change service.

I was deeply shocked in regard to our score.  Your 2 of 5 STARS is our report card and I hope you will consider calling me or Niki to discuss this score.

Further, we do include a complimentary multi point inspection with each oil chnge service and it is our responsibility to advise customers of their service needs as opposed to an 'upsell'.

I hope you will accept Niki's call to review and consider re-scoring us to 5 of 5 STARS.

I have a 2007 Hyundai Tuscon which is 11 years that I have had it, with over 221,000 miles. Ganley of Hyundai had helped keep it going. Great Service, no pressure . Service dept tells you in detail what is wrong, what it will take to fix and the cost is reasonable.

Great communication, great customer care.
The service was very good. However, I wish they would have checked to tire pressure on the remaining 3 tires so they were all equal. The new one was at 36. The other three were at 31.
