Very friendly people , excellent service
All the staff at Hyundai of Parma are so nice. Steve in services explains in much detail about what's wrong with your car and gives the best options for repair. When you are in the waiting room periodically staff will ask if you need anything. I will be servicing my Hyundai there for a long time.

Very quick service, less that 40 min in and out, other places for other vehicles have been over an hour for just oil change
My first experience with the service dept exceeded my expectations. I was In and out in 40 minutes. Car wash, oil change, rotation and vehicle update and inspection. Very quick, good job guys!
