Fast - Professional Service with a Smile.
Went to Ganley-Hyundai of Parma for a oil - change on my vehicle for the very first time. I received great service and I was in and out the door in roughly about 35 minutes! This was surprising to me, because I've been to Hyundai of Bedford several times to have the SAME service work done in about 3 HOURS!!! Even their waiting room was bigger and better than Hyundai of Bedford!! They actually had free coffee, water, and some vending machines!! Bedford doesn't even have WATER for their customers!! I will always return to Ganley Hyundai for my vehicle service work.

Friendliest people in the auto-world!
I was coming in to have a few parts replaced on my car before the warranty ended. I was there for only about an hour but in that time the service team checked on me, made sure I knew where all of the free coffee and tea was and we’re just all-around super friendly. If they were having any type of bad day you would NEVER know! They put their customers first and it shows. Great job!!!

Good morning!

I reviewed your work order and read that you were in for your initial complimentary oil change.  I apologize that you were not given a thorough explanation of the process.

We inspect the steering: suspension: shocks; brakes: belts: hoses: fluids: change oil & filter: and we do adjust tire prssures.

We see fluction in tire pressures with temperature change, so if the light should come on fom time to time, please stop in and see me!

Also, I have a Kuerig in my office and would be happy to offer you decaf as that is what I drink!!!

I hope you can find a way to give us a re-score as our goal is 5 of 5 STARS as I commit to you a more thorough exlanation each and every visit!
