Cleanliness of the vehicle could have been a lot better.
Working with Richard was amazing. He was really attentive and communicative.
However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my car when it was returned. There were water spots all over the paint, since it was not dried properly and the interior had fingerprints and light stains that I had to clean myself. Expected much better in this regard.
