Spent ~5 months evaluating different cars and brands. The Littleton Genesis team was helpful all along the journey. I visited them 3 or 4 times and each time they treated me like it was my first time (that is, no impatience at all). When it came to purchasing my GV70, Suzanne was very helpful and accommodating.
Before I made the purchase, I visited the other Genesis dealer across town. They wanted to charge a premium over sticker and after I balked, they tried to haggle the price and the financing. A very "used car" experience. Not a luxury brand experience.
Back to Littleton. They charged me list, and in today's car shortage, that's a good deal. The sales process was straightforward and without pressure and gimmicks. They tried to get me to use their financing, but didn't press when I refused.
The only knock is that the dealership itself is for Huyndai, not Genesis. It's spartan inside and doesn't reflect well on the Genesis brand. I bet they'll be opening up Genesis-only dealerships soon, and if so, I'd like to see Suzanne go with them. Genesis needs strong brand ambassadors. Luxury car buyers are discerning and Genesis needs to cement its place in the upper echelon.
