Be aware of the service department
Second time I bring my GV70 for service. They put on the invoice they did a tire rotation which is meant to, as much as possible, allow for even tire wear. This time around I marked my tires and took off 2 of the chrome plastic covers from the lug nuts. Not only was it not done but they NEVER removed the tires to do the inspection as they are supposed to do. I spoke to an " assistant manager" and he just said that their " tech" said it did not need it. Hello!!!! Its called preventive maintainance! On top of it all it was included on the bill to Genesis as performed.
Very dissapointing.
