Made an appointment, told them I would wait, they said it would take an hour and a half. After 45 minutes, service guy came and talked me to let me know what was going on. The car was then finished within 45 minutes as promised. This is a great improvement from .my last visit, where it took 2 hours before somebody came and talked to me and then another 1.5 hours before it was finished

"Great Service area -- PJ is great"
PJ was my service agent that day. He didn't pressure me to get services I didn't need. In fact, after telling him my husband liked to do the basic car maintenance stuff, he went through the recommended items and crossed off the ones that my husband was most likely to do. Also-- I was working remotely during my routine visit, and PJ let me use an empty office room to take a conference call. Work home away from home, allows me to get service done on my schedule.

Service is fine. Have been extremely disappointed with the Tucson. I have owned or leased 4 Santa Fe’s before the Tucson. And I am so disappointed in the performance of the double clutch transmission I will probably NOT lease another Hyundai. Whoever designed that transmission and whoever approved it should be fired and lose their license as an engineer.
