Changing my original review, these guys went above and beyond to make things right. It was the last thing I expected today but Tim gave me a call and explained everything, went above and beyond to make things right and get me in very quickly to finish my project, Very professional that they did that. Very impressed. Will be back for sure,

Bummed out

I called in advanced and made an appointment for thursday March 28th at 8 am. When I called to make the appointment I have the year, make and model to the vehicle I was bringing in. I was told that it would be no problem, come in and wait 2+ hours to be told they didn’t have the software to be able to do the back brakes after they tried, come to find out my back tires were never even taken off to be tried. Meaning that they knew they couldn’t do it prior. So now I have to book another appointment somewhere else that will be able to do the back pads and rotors. The only plus side was Zach working the front in replacement for Tim being out sick, was accommodating and honest about what couldn’t be done and also honored the price I was quoted because the price I was originally quoted was not in the system, so shout out to Zach and the 1 technician that took the time to double check my rotors after I had concerns, Zach Explained the issue afterward which was appreciated. But still with how busy I am took longer than quoted to do half the job. Other than Zach and the technician that took the time to double check the rotors when I had concerns overall was a bummer for sure.
