Paul said he only received two phone calls during the two weeks they had his vehicle. He had to contact them to find out it was ready and when he got there he had to wait another 30 minutes because they were busy. He would have liked more communication. The quality was good, his backup mirror now points toward his license plate and it was not like that previously. His vehicle was ready before the promised date. He choose this business due to the high accolades it has received.

Robert said his overall experience was pleasant. Everything went well. They completed all that was promised. He has not looked underneath the hood but the external repairs look good. The paint work was off but they fixed it and it looks nice. They were very proficient at keeping in touch with him. He appreciates everything.
