Peggy said this staff did everything they told her they would do on the vehicle, but she wished they had kept her better informed on a couple of things. They got the vehicle fixed, the repairs were all made, she went out on a road trip after picking it up, and everything was fine. The business had to change the staff member who was helping her at first, and she noted the front desk lady was not all that friendly. The place kept her updated til the day it was supposed to be ready. Then, the employee said he would call and let her know by 2 if it would be ready, and never called. It was ready the next day when she called in. Overall, it was fine.

Spoke with Michele. She said the staff was respectful, easy to work with and had good communication skills. They accomplished everything they needed and completed some additional work as well. The repairs went two days over the expected time, and she is not sure why.
