Kenneth said this facility got his vehicle done 2 days later than promised, but it was beyond their control because the part they received was broken. His front all around camera was not working and he brought his vehicle back in. They got him in quick and resolved this issue in less than 30 minutes. He really appreciated that. He does need to bring his vehicle back in again because his headlights need to be adjusted.

Awesome service and results!!!
From the time we entered the office till the end, service and friendly people made my experience seamless. I have never experienced the efficient and kind, respectful service from every team member.
I was a manager for 30 years and never had any of my team members demonstrate the level of service and respect that I experienced.
Your staff walks the talk. I have only purchased Toyotas. And my next vehicle will be from Gullo Toyota!

Thomas said his experience was fantastic but there was some miscommunication twice. On his first call, the woman at the front desk scheduled him for the appointment but when he got there the gentleman told him he didn't understand why he was scheduled because he did not have anyone to work with him. Thomas was rescheduled for the next day by the same woman but when he got there, the gentleman told him he name was not even on the schedule. The gentleman told him to leave his vehicle and he would take care of it. The work was fantastic and the staff was great and the work was done before the promised time.

Mason said he purchased his vehicle here before they had a chance to detail and clean it. While they were detailing it, they found some damage and they repaired it. The bumper on the side near the headlight sticks out a bit and it's visible, but the salesperson he had really did a great job of taking care of him.
