Cary said the service was prompt, courteous and the technicians were right on top of it. Despite the small issue of the door handle being painted the wrong color the service was flawless. They were punctual and on time. His 17 year old daughter took the vehicle to this facility both times, they were very courteous and took good care of her. The service was very good from the purchase of the vehicle and all of the way through

Nicole said the staff didn't check some things on the vehicle. The inside buttons on the door were not working. However, this was not a part of the original damage. The vehicle was ready three days later than promised due to a parts delay. She was given a loaner vehicle. The staff did an outstanding job on the repairs.
