Daniel said he appreciates that everyone returned all of his calls and that everyone was nice. There was a spot that could have been sanded a little better before it was painted. There were also a couple of buff marks on the vehicle, so he will not recommend this facility.

Kimberly said her experience was good. It was not perfect. She has to return her vehicle. They made everything easy. Her vehicle was delayed by four days but she was not given a reason for the delay.

Sonja said she likes the manager. He was really courteous and accommodating. He gave her the bid and got the vehicle in a lot faster than she expected. The work was done really fast and the vehicle looks good. She can still tell something happened but it is better than some repairs she has had. Anyway, she is happy. The vehicle was clean when they returned it to her.
