Spoke with Krista. She said the vehicle is hers and the experience was good. It took a really long time, but other than that, the repair is perfect. She wasn't kept updated during the process. The only thing was, she had to take it back because of a part they ordered. The vehicle was completed a week later than expected due to the part delay.
