Geraldo said he was not happy with the communication between the facility and the insurance company. There was a delay on the delivery of his vehicle by four days because of parts. He is always happy with the service and the staff are very accommodating.

Jan said Mike and another staff member dealt with the recall on his vehicle. They got all the parts in and painted. They called him, set up schedule and got him a rental vehicle. He got his vehicle back within 24 hours.
