Robert said this business ordered part that was not an OEM part. It was a rear bumper assembly. They got it and painted it and tried to out it on and it did not fit. They tried to make adjustments to it. It is reasonably satisfactory. The process took a long time. He doesn't know why they did not try it on first before they painted it. They contacted his insurance and they told him they made the mistake and they were not paying for it. It is 95 percent. It is just not what he would have got at the dealer facility. It does not fit perfect but it is more or less adequate.

Spoke with Maria. She said she was not happy with the customer service and the repairs. She will be going back on Friday for them to take care of the issues. There is a big huge gap on the back door that was not taken care of and this should have been done. The vehicle is forcing itself to open up. She also has to open the vehicle through the door handle and it does not open automatically. She brought all these issues to the staff person and he told her he just didn't know what was going on but told her to go inside so he could take her payment. She felt very pressured by him and also the lady that took her payment was not friendly, was rude, gave her dirty looks and was not professional at all. The vehicle was ready on time but it was not done correctly.

Noe said the staff did not contact him to keep him updated. He had to call them. They were half a week delayed returning his vehicle because they were waiting for his wheels to begin the repair. He would not recommend the business,

Eric said that they have great customer service and he had a good experience. It took 8 days to repair his vehicle. They told him it'd be ready on Tuesday or Wednesday and he picked it up on Thursday. The bumper they ordered was defective and a new one was ordered.

David said that the body work is beautiful but the one tail pipe is lower than other. They did not raise the tail pipe like he asked. When he asked the employee why, he said it was the best he could do. That isn't good enough. He's very upset about the tailpipe.

Donna said the business was late getting her vehicle beck to her because a part kept getting sent in damaged and they had to wait for her insurance to approve a new one. The estimator and the staff were professional, nice apologetic and diligent. They kept her well informed.
