Steven said he is unhappy. The did a good job with the repair and he is satisfied with the person who helped him but the staff set him up with a bad rental. He was given the wrong hub caps. He filled the vehicle with gas. The vehicle was not cleaned so they kept his $50 deposit. They are crooks. He would not use the business or recommend them. The management is poor.

Alex said he had to return three times to this business. It was not what he would expect form a Toyota certified business. He could have done it better himself. The top and bottom of the door was not aligned. They used the wrong set of pins to hold the door. He went to this facility, thinking the right parts would be used the right way. He is not an expert but one door is sticking out at least half an inch and he could easily see it compared to the other door. He still has to return for the door seal and they were supposed to call him today about that. They did not install the black out tape properly. His vehicle was sitting in the lot for 27 days, unlocked. He was never given a promise of time. He is a global manager of his own business and if the same performance was displayed at his business, he would have fired the employees. Enterprise was supposed to call him back with a receipt and they never did. The hours of all the departments are all different and he is not sure how he is supposed to keep track. He hopes the business improves.

Jodie said the work they did and the cleaning wasn't good. The rear door is not flush with the body. A buffing compound was found in her fuel door and the seams on the body of her vehicle. The molding to her front door wasn't replaced correctly. Their customer service was good. Her vehicle was about 4 or 5 days later than promised because they were waiting on parts.

Shonda said this business replaced her bumper and now her front lights are not working. Some of the lights are not screwed in right. Her vehicle was kept 2 weeks past the promised time. The delay was caused by a parts delay. The staff at this business was very polite and it was not their fault for the delayed parts.

Aidan said Erod was very difficult to deal with. He failed to answer his questions. The answers he did receive were contradictory. He had to come by for two inspections and was given two separate delivery dates. Erod also gave him to different repair pictures that were from separate distances. They did not balance his vehicle and tried to tell him he hit something in front of his vehicle after the repair. The manager called him back promptly. Erod was unprofessional, and his tone was quite rude. They did not provided electronic updates like Service King. They failed to call during the repair process, so he had to call them. The vehicle was delayed from Friday until Monday. The insurance company and the business failed to communicate in advance on who would cover the deductible. He would recommend Service King because this business is inadequate.

Jennifer said she did not have a good experience with this business and she is terrified to drive her vehicle. She is dissatisfied with the body work because they cut corners. The brake light was not working and she had to take it back because the vehicle was not aligned. Before, she dropped the vehicle off she was told the vehicle would be aligned and they never did. She said she was dissatisfied with the way she was treated because they never test drove the vehicle and it wasn't even returned detailed. She stated she felt her vehicle was not returned when promised because she had to keep going back. She did not indicate how truly late the vehicle was. She would not recommend them and she will be notifying her insurance company, regarding her experience because she would like a second opinion.

Jennifer said this business had her vehicle for 2 months. The first time she went to pick her vehicle up, the paint looked bad so she took it back. The second time she went to pick up her vehicle, the interior was filthy and the exhaust was loose. This last time she picked up her vehicle, her exhaust ended up coming off. She had to leave her vehicle there 3 different times, and she might have to bring it back again. It was not ready when promised for this reason. She does not recall how late it was. She will not be recommending them because of the work.

Lisa said she was told her vehicle was ready, so she took off work to go get it. When she got to this business, there were many things still wrong with it. The staff insisted she take it at that time. They are closed on the weekends. When she had stopped to get gas, she could not get out of the vehicle. Once she found a way out of the vehicle, it would not lock. The windows makes noise and the mirrors would not work. The rear mirror was wobbly. All these things were working fine when the vehicle went in but are now not working. The vehicle was dirty when she picked it up, the tire's cap was missing, and the glove box was not fixed. She went back first thing Monday morning, and they gave her with a rental car but argued with her over the cost of repairs. When the vehicle was picked up, the glove box was still broken. Even though the business had fixed tint on one window, it was still not right, as well as rear window. There was a plastic bag with a part to her glove box inside. The business told her the bag was trash, so she tossed it. However, later she was blamed by the business because she threw the bag away, so the part was then missing. Christen pressured her to pick up her vehicle at a certain time but it was delayed a week and was not sure why.

Terrible work
My car was sent to there body shop after being rear ended. They had my car for 2 months and did absolutely terrible work, car was better wrecked than it was after they worked on it. Paint was crappy and car rattled like crazy which hadn't happened until they "repaired" the car. If I could do it all over again if without a doubt send my vehicle else where.

Gerald said his vehicle was promised that it would be finished on a particular date but 6 different times they put off his vehicle. The paint job they did looked bad as there were paint splatters and grease all over it. They left parts off of the vehicle and they did a bad job. the staff members were courteous. There was a week long delay on his vehicle. Every day he spoke with them and every day they promised his vehicle would be ready the next day. The reasons for the delays were the paint job did not look good so they were going to paint it again or they hadn't detailed the vehicle as well as other reasons he chose not to elaborate on. He mentioned that when he received his vehicle he noticed they never even detailed it. For the reasons stated above, he would not recommend this business.

Collision repair center sucks
Gullo paint and body was tasked in fixing my wife’s 2007 Avalon after a person hit her from behind. The service was not good I still have issues with the body work and the paint job. I contacted them and was told they would call me back and it never happened. The trunk is leaking somewhere as well due to the collision and still no call back. I would not recommend them.

Collision repair center sucks
Gullo paint and body was tasked in fixing my wife’s 2007 Avalon after a person hit her from behind. The service was not good I still have issues with the body work and the paint job. I contacted them and was told they would call me back and it never happened. The trunk is leaking somewhere as well due to the collision and still no call back. I would not recommend them.

Spoke with Sharon. She said her vehicle would not start when she went to pick it up and the business had to charge it for ten extra minutes. It worked fine after that but later that evening her vehicle would not start and she had to purchase a new battery.

Worst Service EVER
The service department here is a JOKE. My wife has wasted three hours of her life over the last two weeks to get TIRES ROTATED....guess what, they STILL AREN'T! It was first Toyota "Care" service on our new Sienna. Assuming it would take 30 minutes tops, she went in two weeks ago. They told her AFTER she had been there nearly an hour it would be ANOTHER hour. She couldn't stay, so they told her to make an appt for next week and they would get her right in and out. Today after she arrived 15 minutes early for her appointment, they took the car back. When she checked on it FORTY FIVE MINUTES later, they told her ANOTHER HOUR....to rotate the f'ing tires!! ARE YOU KIDDING!? What a bunch of monkeys! Man, typical. They were REAL helpful when purchasing the vehicle but treat you like CRAP after that. HORRIBLE. I know Mr Gullo indirectly and know he is a great community man, but he would be horrified and embarrassed to know what is going on at this dealer. I MISS MY HONDA DEALER!

Paul said the business called him and told him the work was done, but when he picked the vehicle up the clear coat was messed up and there were runs in the paint. The entire area of the repair on the door had to be redone. He said this was a brand new vehicle that had a dent in a door. He said this business tried to say the work was finished, even though it was clearly not high quality. The vehicle was not ready when promised because of the poor workmanship. He said he refused to accept the vehicle and the work took three additional days to properly repair the paint work. He said this business should be ashamed for considering the initial poor workmanship acceptable. The paint work is now acceptable. He will not recommend this business based on this experience.

Tanya said she had an appointment. She said when she arrived the customer service representative wanted her to drive her damaged vehicle for another week until the parts came in. He said there was a rental vehicle available, but the representative gave it it to another couple that came in after her, so she was not treated very well and it made the whole visit unsatisfactory. She said it seemed like the employee gave preferential treatment to the other couple based on their race. She said she did not want to drive a damaged vehicle for a week. She had to contact her insurance company for a rental vehicle. She was not told when her vehicle would be ready. She would not recommend this business based on her experience.

Matthew said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repairs because after having his vehicle painted the bumper now has a scratch on the front, and the taillight was also broken while at the business. He stated he felt he was not treated very well by the business because when they tried explaining the repairs to him he they made him feel he did not know anything about the repairs. Also, the manger argued with him about the taillight being damaged and told him it was damaged when he brought it in, but he said they did not mention it when doing the walk around inspection. The vehicle was not ready when promised because now he has to bring the vehicle back in to have the bumper repainted. He also went in to have his wheels realigned and was told they could not realign the wheels for him. He had to take his vehicle to another business where they were able to realign his wheels for him.

Spoke with Jack. Jack said that the gas cap locked and they had to have it pried open and it is for that reason he did not rate the quality of the repair higher. His vehicle was several days later then promised for reasons he is unsure of. He would not refer this business to others unless they learned to fix a gas cap.

Michael gave a 1 rating out of 5 for his satisfaction with his overall experience because besides being charged an extra day for a loaner vehicle, the work wasn't done satisfactory when he picked it up. It pertains to the front quarter panel which wasn't done right. He can still see the line of a dent. The reason he gives a 2 out of 10 rating regarding the quality of the repair is because he can still see the line of a dent. He was still charged an extra day for the loaner vehicle even though he was told this business would take care of the extra day. It took an extra day longer to get his vehicle back and he can still see the line of the dent. Even though they provided good service he wouldn't recommend this business to others because the loaner rental agreement was not met, also the time and distance traveled to and from this business.

Spoke with a customer chose not to give his name. He said there were 2 vehicles that went in for hail damage. On his vehicle he requested the business to give him a quote for extra work he wanted done at the same time. The business gave him the quote but the vehicle sat for 1 week with nothing done. The business talked to him again and doubled the quote. The customer was upset by this and took his vehicle out of the business unfinished. His wife had to return a second time because the business did not repair a visible dent on her vehicle. Both vehicles were late. The customer said he would not recommend this business because of the way he was treated and the incomplete workmanship on his wife's vehicle.
