Spoke with Leonard. He said the repair work was great but the business had a major lack of communication. He had to call on the day the vehicle should have been finished to find out it was going to be delayed. After that, he had to continue calling to learn about the status of his vehicle. His vehicle was delayed by a total of 5 days because there was a parts delay. He would have been completely satisfied if only the business had communicated better.

Veronica said this business did not fix her vehicle properly. There is burnt paint on the door and side panel. The vehicle was delayed a few minutes. When she went in to pick up the vehicle, she saw some scratches, so they buffed it some more while she waited. She thinks they may have burnt the paint while they were buffing it. She would not refer this business to friends or family for reasons previously stated.

Brian said he has purchased vehicles from the associated dealership and dealt with this business before. They are usually satisfied but he was disappointed during his recent experience. The day after he picked up the vehicle, he noticed it was not driving straight. His wife called the business and was told all it takes is to go over one speed bump and everything would be settled. The person told his wife there is a speed bump that appears as soon as one leaves this business. His vehicle is still not driving straight and it needs correcting. There was not an offer to correct the alignment. In the beginning of the repair experience, he was kept informed but he had to call for updates towards the end. They kept changing the delivery date. His vehicle was delayed for 3 or 4 days due to one of the parts being late. If the business corrects the problem, he would recommend them. At this point in time, he would not recommend them due to the reasons stated.

Keely said she is very upset because the work was not as expected, her vehicle is still damaged and it needs to be redone. She expected the repair to be excellent but it was not. There were dents that were caused by another business so they sent it there. She has told other people not to go there. They did not call her with updates, they called when it was finished. There was no promise of time. The employees were very kind.

Tom said they didn't know what they were doing because they didn't look into the problems until a problem arose. The steering column was repaired but they didn't fix the key ignition wasn't fixed and the status bar wasn't working. There was a 3 week delay due to the additional work being found and needed to be fixed. Due to this experience he would not recommend them.

Spoke with Ronald's wife. She said she shouldn't have had to come back to have her license plate put back on. They drilled holes in the bumper and they should not have done that.

Edward said he got his vehicle back from this business and there was a leak in the radiator hose, the hood would not shut all the way, and the air conditioning system did not work. His vehicle was a day later than promised but he is unsure what caused the delay. He would not recommend them because of this recent experience. He said he had gotten his registration sticker right before his accident and put it in his glove box until they replaced the windshield, but when he got his vehicle back from this business the sticker was not in his vehicle.

Richard said when his vehicle was being serviced by this business's affiliate service department they dented one of his doors. They sent his vehicle to this business to fix the dent. This business did an excellent job fixing the dent, but they put a scratch in one of his other doors. He stated he did not report the scratch to anyone because he was afraid they would think he was picky.

Travis said it took forever to get his vehicle back and he still has a problem with it. He said an axle is bent and they should have noticed it while his vehicle was at this business. The tire almost came off. He was told the flap inside his vehicle was stuck because he had trouble trying to fill up his gas tank. He chose not to elaborate, but it works now. He said there was an insurance company delay, but he does not remember how long the delay was. He took his vehicle back to this business to have the issue with the axle fixed. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.

Biannca said the vehicle was late by 1 week. This business did not call to alert her to the delays. The causes of the delays were washing the vehicle, inspecting it, and other reasons that Biannca could not remember. The workmanship was good and she was happy with it.

Spoke with Kathy's husband. He said he is very upset because a theft occurred while his vehicle was at this business, but he chose not to elaborate. He said he had requested to meet with Mr. Gullo, but he sent someone else in his place. The work was supposed to take 3 days, but they found more damage and the work ended up taking two weeks. He will not recommend this business to others because of the theft that occurred.

Joseph said he had to return to this business to speak with them about the following on Monday. He noticed there are supposed to be 2 amber lights, but one is dark amber, and one is a light amber. Joseph stated when he dropped his vehicle off he told them his vehicle was pulling to the right, but when he picked it up it was still pulling to the right. When he questioned them about not doing anything about the pulling, he was told the pulling had to have been caused by contact from the accident. Joseph pointed out the pulling was caused by hitting a mailbox. The personnel were distant, lacking in customer service. Even though he got his vehicle back on time, he thinks it was ready a week before they gave it back to him. Joseph chose not to elaborate. Because of the above issues he won't recommend this business.

Mr. Kramm said he liked the personalities of the people he dealt with and their skills. He was not happy with the quality of the repairs because the area that was painted is a diffrent color than the rest of the vehicle and it is very noticable. He wishes that he did not accept the work but he feels that he was pushed to accept the workmanship. He would not recommend this business to friends and family because of this experience and because all of his purchasing experiences have not been positive. He will not purchase another vehicle from this business.

Tim said he didn't rate his overall experience with this business higher, because this business damaged his vehicle, and blamed him for the damage. Tim brought his vehicle in for bumper damage, but when he picked up his vehicle he noticed this business had scratched his wheel. When he called the person who helped him with everything about the scratch, he was told to bring it in so he could have a look at it. Tim's girlfriend brought the vehicle to the person who helped Tim with everything to check out the wheel damage. After his girlfriend came home Tim spoke with the person who helped him with everything, and the person told Tim this business did not scratch the wheel. He also told Tim his girlfriend admitted to scratching the wheel. He informed Tim he had pictures of the vehicle when it came in, and that Tim signed off on the scratch on the wheel prior to them repairing the bumper. He told Tim he was lying about them scratching the wheel, and someone must have hit a curb. Tim remarked the person who helped him with everything lied about his girlfriend, and he lied about Tim signing anything indicating there was a scratch on his wheel which wasn't related to the bumper damage prior to this business working on his vehicle. Tim spoke with this business's boss, heard the person who helped him with everything talking when they were on the phone, and the boss told Tim they weren't taking care of the damage, because they didn't scratch the wheel. Tim works for a tire shop, and pointed out he could get a new wheel at a discount, but it isn't his responsibility to take care of the scratch issue when this business caused it. Because of the above, he didn't rate the way he was treated by this business higher. He was told he would get his vehicle back in 12 days, but it was ready in 8.

Sarah said she was initially told her vehicle would be ready in 3 days. Her husband called this business for 3 days for a status report. The person who helped them with everything never got back to him. When he got Drew on the third day, he informed her husband the vehicle wouldn't be ready until the following Monday, which would have been a total of 5 days. Drew never gave her husband a reason for the delay. On the Friday before the Monday they were supposed to pick up their vehicle, Drew called Sarah at work and told her the vehicle was ready and they were closing at 5:30 pm. Sarah had to leave work, go to a doctor's appointment, and go to pick her vehicle up. She pointed out this business is an hour away from her. When she brought her vehicle to this business she pointed out dings in the bumper area where her vehicle was hit, wanting the dings repaired. Drew didn't agree the dings came from the accident so the dings weren't repaired. She and her husband also showed Drew how the hood shook from the accident, and Drew said it would be fixed, but it was never fixed. When Sarah picked up her vehicle she said nothing to Drew about the dings or the hood not being fixed, because he argued with her about everything. She didn't want another argument. She just wanted to leave this business. Her experience with this business was horrible and she's never had such a bad experience in her life. When she was ready to leave Drew told her he wanted her to be happy with her experience with this business, because she would be getting a call about her experience. He then got a camera and told her he was going to take a picture of the damage she said was caused by the accident and he would send the pictures to Allstate. He then told Sarah he would call her on Tuesday about Allstate, but he never called her.
