Megan said the staff provided everything she needed, and there were no issues. She mentioned she called frequently because she was anxious about the process, and the staff always answered all her questions or had somebody call her back who could. She stated the repairs ran two business days over the estimate because the staff had to get permission from the insurance company regarding additional damage they found.

Donald said that the place did a great job repairing his vehicle. He did notice that some things disappeared from his vehicle when it was there. He left about $20 in quarters in a container and 2 iphone charge cards worth $29 and $10 respectively, and a pair of sunglasses. His vehicle was there for 6 weeks. They kept her up to date and informed at every turn - when it was inspected, when parts came in, when it was painted and the work was excellent. A parts delay was expected so there were no surprises and she said that the vehicle looks like new again.
