Neeraj said he has to bring the vehicle back because this business missed the frame on the rear driver side window. The vehicle was 1 week later than promised because of a parts delay and authorization from the insurance company. He had to call the business himself because they did not keep him informed.

Priya said her vehicle was returned to her incomplete. The traction indicator light she asked them to turn off was still on when she received her vehicle. She had to take it to the dealership for the issue to be addressed. She is unsure if she was satisfied with the quality of the repair. She was without a vehicle for four days for the reason mentioned. It took two and a half weeks to fix the vehicle and it was not completed, which is why it was not ready when promised. She was very upset with the situation. She would not recommend them due to this experience and she would go elsewhere if she needed repairs again in the future.

Lurae said it took a week longer than promised due to a broken part they had to reorder. She believed they had to adjust the estimate due to the appraiser being new at his job. The body work was perfect and the employees were really courteous. The rental expense was increased due to the extra week it took to complete the work. She would not recommend this business to others because of the extra expense.

Susan said this business would not originally repair her vehicle because they told her she came in a week prior to the accident to get her headlights fixed when she stated she brought her vehicle in the day of the accident. They would not fix her hatch because they did not believe it was damaged in the accident. She had to wait two weeks longer than she was promised with no reason for the delay. They did not keep her adequately informed during the repair process but does not know why. She was not satisfied with the person that prepared her estimate because they would not repair her hatch. She was not satisfied with her communication with them because they did not inform her of how long the repairs would take. She would not recommend this business for reasons already mentioned.

John said he was not completely satisfied with his overall experience because there were some problems. He believes that there should have been better precision with the alignment and the installation of the parts. It was adequate, but not great. There are gaps and there needs to be an adjustment. His vehicle was not ready when promised. There was a parts delay. There were wrong parts sent and late delivery of parts. His vehicle was one week plus three days late. There was no apology given or any understanding of him paying for a rental vehicle and the cost. They did not give any offer of reimbursement. He will not recommend this facility to others at this time, unless there are adjustments.

Eric said the work this business did is okay, but they did not get things right the first time. He chose not to specify. It wasted a lot of his time making trips to and from this business. The vehicle was not ready when promised. He chose not to elaborate as to how much longer it took and the reason for the delay. Overall, he would prefer to go elsewhere. Joshua said he did not feel they communicated well at this business and he did not feel the quality of the work was up to par. He was dissatisfied with the paint work but chose not to elaborate further. When he was told he could go pick his vehicle up it was still 40 minutes later than he expected due to iced up pipes. He was only given one or two phone calls. He would not recommend this business because of the bad experience that he had with them on this visit.

Kelly said they told her the repairs could possibly take only one day. She didn't get her vehicle back until after the Christmas holidays because they were waiting for someone to reinstall the glass they had to repair. They left out a leather lining that went along the passenger's rear door and they left it lying on the back seat. She had to ask them to put it back.

Christine said this business did a really good job on her vehicle and she cannot even tell the vehicle got in an accident. The only problem she had was they left grease all over the interior of her vehicle and the floor mats were ruined. She had to clean the grease up herself. She had to call them to check on the status of her vehicle, but that was ok.

Spoke with Sarah. She said the amount of the cost she would have to pay after insurance paid their part was not explained to her well. When the repair was finished it was higher than she expected. Her vehicle was ready when promised but they would not release it until they conducted a supplemental findings through her insurance company. She had to do follow up phone calls to push the process along faster. She expected the vehicle Thursday but picked it up the next Tuesday. She was not kept adequately informed because she had to call them four times to get a clear answer of repairs. The person who prepared her estimate was thorough with what needed to be done but did not explain the payment part. The business gave her the run around when she called them, they told her someone would return her call but they never did. She would not recommend this business for the reasons stated.

Ioana said the repair was not done properly. She was not happy with the quality because the back bumper was not replaced. It was only repaired, there is a gap where the light is and she can really see a difference. She is not entirely sure that it is the facility's fault because they told her the insurance did not want them to replace it and only to repair it.
