Benjamin said the business and its employees were fast and nice but mentioned that the crack in his windshield had spread a little and his rear taillight had burned out. He is unsure if these issues were caused by his accident or not. His vehicle was not given a promise time but took longer than he expected because his vehicle had after market parts on it and the business had to order OEM parts, which caused the delay.
