We appreciate your 4 star review, despite feeling as though it took too long for the repairs to be completed. Due to it being an unscheduled/emergency situation, our office staff could not bypass our already scheduled/existing appointments who had planned their schedule around coming in.

Conversely, this often times also results in us carrying a jam-packed schedule from week to week. A busy shop is a quality shop.
