While we sincerely appreciate your review of our business, we feel as though you may be misinformed in regards to the damage on your vehicle. Since the vehicle was towed to 3 different locations prior to ours, we only performed the insurance related repairs without questioning any existing body abnormalities. We strive to satisfy customers in all facets of our business, thus we do only what is asked, without tacking on additional and unnecessary costs. Because of the insurance situation, repairs were coordinated with them primarily. At each critical step, we reached out to keep you informed on what we had found, and to receive your approval for any financial obligation you would be responsible for individually. At no point did our technician service the rear of the vehicle; nor did he alert our office personnel of any damage he caused. If this was the case, we would be happy to go above and beyond to ensure our mistake was addressed and remedied immediately.

We sincerely appreciate your four star rating, despite the concerns you had. We hope that you can locate the source of the damage through further investigation with the other shops that the vehicle visited, prior to the completed repairs at our shop. "Quick and affordable!"
