"The team is always friendly and, more to the point, prompt. The service was done quickly and efficiently."
I dropped the car off a bit later than anticipated due to adverse weather. Nonetheless, they contacted me within an hour with a thorough update, including information I was not aware of. And then, they called only a couple of hours later to say the car was ready for pick-up, well in advance of what had been anticipated.

As always, great service and wonderful people to work with. Job done right and for a reasonable price. I will always recommend Howard Street to everyone. We appreciate your 4 star review, despite feeling as though it took too long for the repairs to be completed. Due to it being an unscheduled/emergency situation, our office staff could not bypass our already scheduled/existing appointments who had planned their schedule around coming in.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and make every attempt to plug in unexpected customers as soon as an opening presents itself. We maintain such a high rating because of our workmanship. Conversely, this often times also results in us carrying a jam-packed schedule from week to week. A busy shop is a quality shop. Unfortunately, sometimes this results in the sacrifice of time in exchange for the assuredness of quality craftsmanship. We hope to better serve you into the future, whether scheduled or unscheduled; and hope that you are satisfied with your repairs and service.

We are sorry to hear that it took longer than expected; but we pride ourselves in putting out the best finished product in the area. Due to our schedule being typically 2 weeks out, as well as our perfectionist mentality, this is simply unavoidable at times. The saying is true - "A busy shop is a quality shop".
