Bill said the problem was supposed to be fixed, but as he was leaving, he noticed everything hadn't been finished. The staff members had to take it back in and finish the last few things. In the end, he was satisfied with the service.

"Need to diagnose the problem "
I brought my truck in because the service engine light was on. It cost me over $500. The light came on again. Next visit was about $300. The light is on again. I bought a new gas cap, as suggested. I do not have anymore money to spend. Both visits they replaced a solenoid.

"We've relied on them for years."
I appreciate businesses that communicate well with me. We told them to give it an oil change and check into the belts that sometimes have squealed and asked them to let us know if they saw anything else. They asked if we'd like to include checking the brakes. We hadn't thought of that, but we did think it was a good idea. We weren't back at home for long before they called back before doing any work. They said the brakes were fine; three belts should be replaced. Told us just what it would cost for the belts and the oil change, and we told them to go ahead. It was done in a few hours. The vast majority of things we've needed to have them do over the past many years have been completed in the same day.
