I want to thanks you for taking the time to give us the feedback,i am glad that over all your are satisfied with the repairs and service.after reading your survey i am thinking that the customer service rep here maybe did not expalne everything in detail.The car came in with the insurance company estimate of $1900.00,they wrote a terrible estimate useing aftermarket non subaru parts.We dont use non subaru parts for safety reasons and also there wa some hidden damage to your car and then subaru requires special saftey inspections to insure that your car is safe again after the accident,wuth the change in the part the hidden damage and the cost of sending your car to the dealer the total repair bill was over $5000.00, in all essence based on the cost of repair we got the car done one week sooned then expected,anyhow we really appreciate your business and hold this helps you understand things better if ther are any questions please let me know have a nice weekend TED CAVEY MANAGER
