Annsaan said he was originally told the repair would take about 1.5 weeks. It was not returned to him in a little over a month. His vehicle had to go to another facility to be repaired and additional damage was found.

Spoke with Tori. She said the staff was very informative and got the job done in a timely manner. Everyone had great customer service skills. The job was done perfectly. She had to return the next day because the keyless door entry was not working on the passenger side where the repair was performed.

J.D. said this business did good work. They stand by their work and the people are very friendly. They fixed up the vehicle and the paint matches perfectly. After the repairs were completed, they did not explain what repairs had been performed. It was unnecessary, because he had already known what they were going to do.

Spoke with Janie. She said she was very happy with the service. The employees were nice, accommodating and sympathetic with her situation. They did everything they could to make the problem right and had amazing communication. She did have to return to this facility because her bumper was not aligned right and there was a spot on the bumper where the paint was messed up. They tried to patch it up but it doesn't look right.

Amanda said she had to take the vehicle back twice. She had to take it back because of additional scratches on the hood that were not there before. They did not hook-up the windshield wiper correctly and they didn't put any windshield wiper fluid in. This business showed poor workmanship and they didn't check their work before returning the vehicle to her.
