Open up your check book and getting ready for a bad ride!
I took my car in a month ago to get my A/C Fixed. They said it needed to be recharged and some valves, hoses, and seals. Cost a bit over $700. A few days ago the A/C stops working altogether. Take it back in to see what's the issue. They now say my A/C compressor is bad and that it's going to be $1,250 for the compressor and to recharge the system AGAIN. I call them to find out why they didn't inspect the compressor the first time around and they said that it was covered in oil. I ask, so you couldn't wipe it off to inspect the entire A/C system like I initially requested? I get every excuse in the book as to why they didn't inspect the compressor and then they start blaming me and saying that if you wanted a compressor repaired you should have asked for it. #FML If I was a mechanic I would have never brought it to you in the first place. THEN, the say you need an A/C Kit which would have been another $2,400. And that if I don't get the kit they can't warranty any A/C work. So I ask, if I didn't start asking questions and I would have approved the A/C Compressor repair as you recommended and it failed for any reason, and had to come back...I wouldn't have a warranty? The General Manager at this point responds, correct...you'll have no warranty. So would which repair would you like?

Everyone I've spoken to during this ordeal has no customer service skills whatsoever. I am now dumber for having dealt with these people and stepped into their business.

I used to have a good opinion of this company but I don't anymore. Take your car elsewhere or risk having them drain your pockets like they tried to do with mine.
