After sleeping on it a few days, I made it back to the dealership ready to buy and Hunter and Nick A. (the GM) made it super simple. We all realistically talked price and settled on a great number. Carlos in finance was terrific, going through the numbers efficiently, effectively, and in a friendly way. He didn’t push the extra warranties, etc. too hard but sold me on what made the most sense… keeping me “the driver’s seat” so to speak. I picked it up the very next day!
I should also mention that most of the process happened on a Saturday or after work; super convenient for me which I really appreciated.
So, from start to finish, the whole team knocked this one out of the park for me. Even the other staff there while I was there were friendly and kind and supported the process from their perspectives.
