Darrell said he had been back from his trip to Texas for 50 days but this business had his vehicle for 43 out of those 50 days. He was satisfied with the quality of the repairs that were done but he was unsure how this business, estimator and everyone else involved was able to completely ignore and neglect the right side of the vehicle. He stated there was multiple rock chips and scrapes which were not on the vehicle before the accident. His vehicle was an unspecified amount of time late but he was not provided with a reason for the vehicle's tardiness. He was not satisfied with the estimate because of the entire missed right side of the vehicle. He initiated contact with this business and mostly with Dan Clark before he saw results of this experience. He was satisfied with treatment from Dan Clark but not Brett because it was not until he spoke with Dan that he saw results of the repairs. He would not recommend this business because of reasons already stated.
