Luis said he had a terrible experience and they did everything wrong. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair, they did a terrible job on the body and paint work. He chose not to elaborate why. His vehicle was at least a week late because many things went wrong and there was a parts delay. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because it was not done properly. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because they were not amiable and cooperative. He did not like what they said or the excuses they made. As a result of this visit he will never recommend this facility to others, and he will never go back.
