Spoke with Amy. She said the facility did an excellent job on the vehicle. The problem began when the vehicle had to be returned to have several little things resolved, which is when her calls and emails were not responded to. After her husband got involved, the manager stepped in and then things improved. The communication changed after she had called several times to get information on the progress of the repair. The customer service was not as good.
