John said he has been going to this business for about 10 years and he has been totally satisfied. They did not finish the job and they broke the tab on the back inner liner that holds the netting together. The business ordered a new pad a week ago, but he has not heard from the business since that time. They did not review their work or they would have noticed this before he picked up his vehicle.
