Review for Lone Star Chevrolet Body Shop

Kathy stated that the vehicle was in the business twice. She wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair because the business scratched the vehicle and had to repair it. Kathy explained that she could still see the scratches. She mentioned that there wasn't a promised time for the vehicle to be ready. Kathy wasn't kept informed during the repair process and she didn't know why. She explained that it was the business' fault therefore she didn't see the estimate. Kathy said that they didn't communicate well with her and she was unsure why. She stated that the GM was a female and handled everything very well. Kathy says that the business is more female friendly because it has more females working at it.
