Kyle said he didn't rate his overall experience with this business higher, because of the following confusion. This business gave him a courtesy ride home when he dropped his vehicle off, but they couldn't tell him when they were going to pick him up because they forgot to ask for his home phone number. Kyle stated this business performed a minor repair, therefore there was no need to keep him informed during the repair process. He remarked the personnel treated him great. Kyle concluded no one gave him an estimate, because the work was covered under his warranty.
