Spoke with Stephen. He said this business is excellent. He said George was very helpful and he did everything in a timely manner. The manufacturer disappointed him by letting a vehicle go without a quality control check. He said he got a brand new 2013 vehicle with a chip in the paint and damage to the leather seat. This business bent over backwards to get both items repaired quickly.
