Spoke with John. John said he rated their overall experience with the business a 4.5, because of an issue with a minor fender bender. His wife originally brought their vehicle in for a quote, however they advised her they could not give her a quote without knowing whose insurance was going to be responsible for the auto body visit. At the time, they were not sure whose insurance would be covering the accident, their insurance or the third-party insurance company. The above issue irked him, because had he brought in cash currency for the repairs, then there would not have been an issue with obtaining an estimate. Otherwise, everything else regarding their overall experience was fine. Everything was good with the quality of the repair. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process, because they never heard back from Brandon as promised, regarding when the repair services would be completed. He had to call the business to get the updated information. Brandon promised to call, but he didn't follow through as promised. The estimate portion of the repair service was fine, but he wasn't satisfied with Brandon's lack of follow through with their repair service part of the estimate. He did not call to let him know what day the repair services would be completed. He wasn't satisfied with the shop's communication, because of the reasons above. He would recommend the business, except he would not recommend anyone to speak with Brandon.
