Scott said this business didn't replace the damaged fender liner like they were supposed to. He wasn't satisfied with being kept informed because when he went to call this business the day his vehicle was supposed to be ready, they told him it would be about another week. He said the day after he was informed of this, someone from this business called him to let him know his vehicle was now ready. He mentioned he was not satisfied with the communication at this business, because there really was none.
