Patricia said she is happy with her overall experience because they stuck to her appointment time. When she came in on the day of her appointment there was a line of vehicles waiting to be serviced. She said she got in line and Betty the person who made the appointment for her came out and motioned her in and she was seen on time. She is happy she did not have to wait and that they honored her appointment time.
