Blanca said her overall experience with them was a 3. She said they didn't keep their word. She had to call them all of the time to find out what was going on. The business never called her. The advisor said they would call her right back but would return her calls 2 hours later. They also never went out to her vehicle when she picked it up to go over the things they had done and just only gave her the keys. Her vehicle wasn't ready when promised. They first thought it would be ready on Friday. Then it was Monday. She finally received her vehicle on Tuesday and found more things wrong. That's what caused the delay. She wasn't kept adequately informed and had to call them to find out what was going on. She had no shop's communication and due to her experience she wouldn't recommend them to others for all of the reasons mentioned.
