Spoke with Levina. Levina said everything regarding their level of service and support for their vehicle was good, except for 1 thing. The time frame kept getting pushed back to another date. The repair was 1.5 weeks late, due to locating additional damages. They had to get the insurance carrier involved for supplements. There was also some parts and shipping issues. Levina stated Jim was very nice, and very helpful. The business could serve them better by providing courtesy calls regarding updated information. They had to initiate the phone calls to obtain the information.
