Sandra said she has been to this business many times before and the customer service and body work have always been top notch, but not this time. She said she does not know what happened. She had heard from her insurance company that this business was no longer on the preferred list, but the work and customer service had been so good in the past that she took her vehicle back this time. She said everything has changed. She went to pick the vehicle up and she found masking tape on the top of her vehicle. The rearview mirror is not on right. She had to call and check on her vehicle and she was told on many occasions that the vehicle was waiting to go to the service department for some work there. She is not happy with the estimate because they missed a lot of things and now she has to pay out-of-pocket for the additional work. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.
