Robert said they changed the due date a few different times. They had told him that they were running behind with their work and a repair that should have taken 2 weeks ended up taking 5 or 6 weeks. They did not keep in contact with him about the vehicle, he had to contact them. He said the process left him disgruntled because it is his 17-year-old son's vehicle and they had a rental vehicle that he was not able to drive because of his age. He said it was very inconvenient to try and find rides for him.
