Spoke with Roxanne. She said there was a lack of communication about when her vehicle would be completed. She was not given a promised time for her vehicle to be ready. They did not give her courtesy calls about the progress. She said the communication wasn’t horrible, but it could have been better. Betty, the receptionist was excellent.
