Review for Lone Star Chevrolet Body Shop
Hugo R. on 10/07/2013
Hugo said he runs an oil and fuel manufacturing business, and one of his trucks was broken into. He sent an employee to the business to get the truck handle repaired. They had to order the part, which took 3 business days to come in. They charged him an $85 overnight part fee. He was not kept adequately informed because he had to send his employee over to the business twice to see if the part came in. He was not satisfied with the estimate because it included an $85 express fee when the parts actually took days. He was not satisfied with their communication because they told him the parts would be sent overnight, and he paid for that, but it did not happen. The lady on the phone seemed upset and told him there was nothing she could do. He did not want to take the time to argue about it. Otherwise, the work performed was good.
