Oscar said Rusty helped and he did a pretty good job of responding to his email messages. He said he felt it was the only way he could get any information about the status of his vehicle. He didn't have any issues with this business, but he had an issue with the Enterprise rental services. He said he felt he shouldn't have been charged for some things, but he chose not to elaborate.
