Jonmichael said the customer service is close to nonexistent. He said they replaced a dual exhaust bumper, but the part is not an original part. When he called to ask about the repair they did not return his call. When he left the vehicle for repairs he was not told that his insurance provider had to be contacted first because there was a change in policy that he was not aware of. After he contacted his insurance company he was given the wrong claim number. He called about the issue, but the person handling his claim would not speak with him and they sent his call to a manager. He said the representative had told the manager that he was rude when he asked for something to be cleared up or explained. When his calls were not returned his mother went to the facility and she told him someone was rude to her as well, so he is not satisfied with the communcation or the way they treated his mother. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.
