Spoke with Judy. She said it seemed like it took awhile. The quality was okay but they used an after market bumper instead of a new one. They had to wait a week, because the insurance company delayed them. She was not given a promised time. They could have communicated more to let them know what was going on. The estimate was done by the other party's insurance company. She will not recommend this business, because they were very busy and could not get her vehicle in any earlier.
