Marcus said it seemed like they did not want him to drop his vehicle off. He is not sure why but it could have been because he did not have an appointment but this is where the insurance company told him to take it.The insurance company and this facility stayed on the phone half a day going back and forth about leaving the vehicle. He was not satisfied with the body work but chose not to elaborate further. He had to make all the calls and he was told two different times when his vehicle would be ready and it was finally ready on the first date that they gave him. He noticed that his heat does not work and it did when he dropped his vehicle off. He said he does not feel they had any customer service skills. He had read the flyers on their wall and he was not get treated the way those customers were. He was not satisfied with the updates or the communication for the reasons mentioned. He will not recommend this place of business because he just thought they could have done more to make sure as a customer he was happy.
