Dolontria said she had to bring her vehicle back to the business. She was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because there was paint on the inside of the vehicle and when she turns to the right the vehicle squeals. They had her vehicle for a month and a half but they did not provide her any reason for the delay, except that there were a lot of repairs needed. She was not kept informed during the repair process and she had to keep calling them. She was not satisfied with the shops communication for the reasons mentioned.
