Vikki said this business was very cooperative but the repairs took 3 times longer than she had expected because of a parts delay. They did not check the parts right away upon arrival and found out later that the bumper was damaged, and they received the wrong headlight, so they had to reorder them. They kept her informed when she would contact them, but they did not take the initiative to contact her with updates. They did really well on the work performed and were helpful. She appreciated that they paid for the additional rental vehicle charges.
