Richard said his vehicle took a long time because of the parts. The business did keep him informed and they did a good job. His vehicle was ready 2 weeks late because of a parts delay. Someone from his insurance company did his estimate and his insurance company would not pay for a diagnosis test on his engine because his vehicle was stolen and recovered. The work the business did was good.
