Spoke with Judy and Molly. Judy said the vehicle is still not fixed. There is a bracket which was ordered, but they received the wrong part. They had to reorder this part. The vehicle was available to pick up 10 days later than promised due to a parts delay. They didn't tell Molly this vehicle was ready. Molly said was very disappointed and wouldn't have gone there if she knew there would be problems. She started out with Christian, who no longer works there. Sometime during the process, Dave took over the repairs. When Judy spoke with him, he was kind of snotty to her. Molly stopped by on the way home from work and asked if she could have her vehicle until the part came in, which was classified as ornamental. They gave her this vehicle back early because they wanted her to stop calling them. She had received 2 emails from the business about the parts delay. Molly requested this business to call her when the part comes in, so she can be done with this. This business was a preferred vendor for State Farm. When Molly first took her vehicle, she asked them to preassess the damage, so parts could be ordered before she dropped it off for repairs. They told her this was not an option. She would not recommend them due to this experience.
