Spoke with Thomas. He said he was told his vehicle was ready, so he went to pick it up. They hadn't filed a supplemental claim, but asked if he could pay the difference. He chose not to so his vehicle wasn't ready until the following day. He was a little hot when he left the business. On the following day, they did an oil change and tire rotation to make it right. For this reason, he will use them again. He had to call this business for updates. The other insurance lady was difficult to get a hold of, which might have caused the delay. He was satisfied with the treatment until he went to pick up his vehicle the first time.
