Millie said her vehicle took a while to finish. The facility had it for over two weeks. She had been given an initial completion date but the facility was not done on time due to an issue with the car wash. She chose not to elaborate on the length of the delay. She was receiving texts in the beginning but then they stopped and she had to contact the facility for information. Improving communication with customers on repair progress is something the facility could work on. Rusty was pleasant and pretty helpful as he was able to answer all of her questions.
