Shannon said the original time for the repair to be completed was 4 to 5 days. The repair was not completed until 8 days later. When the vehicle was late there was no reason given for the delay. When the estimate was prepared the final cost of the repair was $300 over the cost due to an item being left off of the estimate. Shannon would not recommend the business based on having to call them to get information on the vehicle. When the facility was called she was directed to a website to follow the repair. She was also not notified when the vehicle was ready, she had to call them. The communication and follow up with the repair facility needs to be improved.
